I think you guys are confusing the login for the devstack host itself, and the embedded
F16 glance image. It's the glance image I'm concerned about, and I don't think
that can be set in localrc, right? I've tried those passwords with both root and
admin, and nothing works.
That image is set up to use cloud-init. So, there is a user named
'ec2-user' that should have the ssh key installed that was specified
when the instance was created.
