F22 candidate: dhclient not in cloud image

Do we still need dhclient in our cloud images? I am looking at the candidate for F22 [1] and am having issues with my network coming up on boot in an openstack environment. Also, as an added bonus, Alpha Freeze is upon us so we get to look over FE bugs as well. Currently we have 8/1/0 for blockers and 10/0/0 FE's to look at. It'll likely be a longer meeting than what we've grown accustomed to, so take some time this weekend to check out the proposals (you can even vote in the bug comments if you like). Outstanding cloud image Alpha blocker

Hi guys, there's outstanding blocker related to the cloud image and seems like it's stalled. It might be related to other compose issues on the list but it would be nice to at least some knowledge what's happening in the bug... Recent cloud builds fail to boot with kernel panic https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1194490 Thanks Jaroslav

Call for testing: cloud-init

A new version of cloud-init should be on its way to an F22 near you, complete with several bugfixes and a generous helping of mustard. A few people have already tested it to an extent, but there are tons of clouds out there -- more testers are always helpful. This update was originally going to contain a switch to python 3 as well, but we discovered that libselinux-python3 wasn't ready for that yet. That feature is thus bumped to F23 and the related cloud-init change is exclusive to rawhide. If you're brave enough feel free to test that as well and see what happens! -- Garrett Holmstrom
