That's a topic you should have started on Fedora test list
(
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/test )
since it has nothing to do with discussing the Fedora build system.
yum install -y rb_libtorrent php-snmp rb_libtorrent
usb_modeswitch-data
cacti.noarch
Error: Package: php-snmp-5.3.1-3.fc13.i686 (fedora_respin)
Requires: php-common = 5.3.1-3.fc13
Installed: php-common-5.3.2-1.fc12.i686 (@fedora_respin/12)
Notice the version numbers here. 5.3.2-1.fc12 is higher than 5.3.1-3.fc13,
so the F12 package is seen as an update to the F13 package.
Available: php-common-5.3.1-3.fc13.i686 (fedora_respin)
The "php" packager has broken the upgrade path by publishing F12 updates
to PHP 5.3.2 before the F13 update. The F13 update is still in the
updates-testing repo:
