If I simply resubmit the same build request enough times the job will eventually succeed,
but it's really annoying as is. This all started when I upgraded to koji-1.10. Is
anyone else seeing this or did I perhaps screw something up with the upgrade? I filed a
bug[0] a few days ago but have heard nothing there.
