Thank you! I was finally able to build a src rpm.
I went through the help for koji and I find that I am able to build only 1 src rpm at a
time (I do not have an external repo).
Is there any way to specify multiple src rpms in "koji build" ?
Koji is designed to build each srpm/package separately. You can launch
as many "koji build" commands at the same time as you want (see the
--nowait option) and they will be processed in parallel, based on the
number of builders you have and the capacity of those builders.
Thanks,
Radha

That means the rpmbuild command is not available in the chroot that Koji
is creating for the build. You should run:
koji add-group-pkg dist-ncs-build build rpm-build
which causes the rpm-build package to be included as part of the "build"
comps group for the dist-ncs-build tag. The "build" comps group is what
is used to populate the chroots used to perform builds.
