In the future there may be a much better way of defining groups. Since
this is something of a moving target, I like the idea of a package
itself providing the start of the build root, less moving, and easier to
hand out so that people can duplicate our build root exactly.
Is the concern about yum groupinstall that it is now "conditional"
depending on other things that are installed, thus it is not guaranteed
what is actually in the buildroot. For this reason it is safer to
explicitly list it somewhere?
