SSL login error on local koji instance
by Michael Cronenworth
I have building of packages working from the koji CLI, but I can't seem
to figure out why I'm getting an error when trying to login through Koji
web. The error:

The traceback goes on for a while. I have all my certs in order, I believe, and the koji CLI is working great. I also created a new account, but I get the same error. Any ideas?

local koji server - creating certificates
by Doug Reiland
I am going thru the step of creating the certs. for kojira, kojiadm, ...
If I understand the directions correctly, the field for common name is
"admin" for everybody except kojihub and kojiweb, which used my server
name.
I do the following steps:
openssl genrsa ..
openssl req ...
openssl ca ..
The openssl ca works for the first user (say kojira), but not the
next, kojiadmin:
failed to update database
TXT_DB error number 2
So, /etc/pki/koji/certs/*.crt end up empty and when I restart httpd,
it fails because /etc/http/conf.d/ssl.conf is including some of them.
What am I missing?

Arch policy for i386
by Michael Cronenworth
What's the correct way to configure koji and friends to build i386 arch
packages to an i686 target such as Fedora 12? I don't see any
documentation on the Wiki and I don't see anything obvious to configure
this.

createrepo run after mock
by Seth Vidal
This is a patch to run createrepo on the contents of the resultdir after a
successful mock run. In theory this lets us suck those contents over for
koji to have available.

Koji and mock init failure
by Michael Cronenworth
I finally have my own Koji instance ironed out, using SSL instead of
Kerberos.
I was able to add a dist-f12 target and tags to Koji, and specified a
localhost FTP site for a external repo. I submitted a custom SRPM I have
as a scratch build to just test it out. The task resulted in a failure:
BuildrootError: could not init mock buildroot, mock exited with status
20; see root.log for more information
The root.log doesn't have any visible errors. I see it did a yum install
of the base packages. I see that /var/lib/mock has two directories (for
my two arches: i386, x86_64) and directories and binary files inside.
Google didn't reveal any hints either. What am I missing?

I'd blame the database. Is postgres up and accepting connections?

Create Koji How-to
by Michael Cronenworth
Could I ask someone for a helping hand?
I'm attempting to create a koji instance on a local server machine. I've
tried to follow the wiki documentation[1], but my Kojiweb reports the
service is offline. The koji CLI also reports the same. I am attempting
to use Kerberos without SSL. I've successfully setup the Kerberos server
with an admin user and all the koji users.
Thanks,
Michael
