Hello beaker devel team :-),
I started to see some python errors right after anaconda when provisioning a few systems,
so when I was resetting my whole beaker infrastructure, I noticed that my `service
beaker-proxy` would not come back up anymore in my beaker server/controller in RHEL7.
After trying things here and there, I gave it a try by making the XML-RPC connection
address not to use ssl (i.e, in my labcontroller.conf now I have HUB_URL =
"http://localhost/bkr"), and by doing this, I am able to bring beaker-proxy up
normally.
I see this on `systemctl status beaker-proxy.service` when I try to initialize by having a
HUB_URL with https:
------
Feb 26 17:30:18 c350f03u19 beaker-proxy[29382]: SSLError: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED]
certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:579)
Feb 26 17:30:48 c350f03u19 beaker-proxy[29382]: 2019-02-26 17:30:48,211 bkr.common.xmlrpc
WARNING XML-RPC connection to localhost failed: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] ce
------
The weird thing is that I have another separate RHEL6 controller which seems to be fine
with https. Anybody saw this issue before?
Moreover, I saw a similar bug closed as WONT_FIX a couple of years ago. Is there any
private comments mentioning a workaround?

PS: The beaker server/controller is on 26.3-1.
Thank you in advance for any help!!
