Ahh.. The step you might have missed is to tell git to fetch the
submodules. All those js bits are tracked as git submodules, then
Misc/rpmbuild.sh spits out suitable tarballs using the submodules.
git submodule update --init
The README and/or dev guide are probably in need of some updates, I will
take a look.
