I finished the upgrade an hour or so ago. Everything seems to be working normally.

I enabled the new change screen, but it's a pretty drastic change (and not entirely for the better, in my opinion). There is a user preference to opt in to the old change screen if you don't like the new one.

I also enabled the Lucene indexing support, so it should now be possible to search the full text of patches in Gerrit.
