It's a chicken and egg problem. The tests are running as MySQL
"beaker_test" user, and they will re-populate the db assuming it exists
-- but if that user doesn't exist yet, then it won't have any
permissions to create a database and user account. You need to do that
as the MySQL "root" user.
And of course you set a non-empty password for your MySQL "root"
account... right? :-)
Hehe. /me notices his database ignorance poking its head out again.. :-)
Someday I should probably learn more about SQL and databases... I have been
trying hard to avoid it and let these python frameworks shield me. ;-)
