Right now, there has not anything like AptonCd on Fedora. But its not very difficult to backup the installation archive.

As you prefer GUI, I am trying to make the steps as simpler as possible.

1. Open a terminal and be root by typing:
su -
2. Now type:
nautilus
3. Now browse through nautilus, and go to FIle System (/) > etc
4. Now open yum.conf file, and edit the line keepcache=0, change the value from 0 to 1. And save the file.
5. Restart your computer.

From now on, whatever package you install, it will be store the downloaded packages on /var/cache/yum directory.  Before u go for a fresh installation of Fedora, just copy the whole yum directory (under /var/cache) to your other removal drive. And after installation just replace the new yum directory with your old archived yum directory. This will do the work.

NB: You will still need internet to update the metadata in this method. If you want full offline process, let me know, I will explain you.
