Bangladeshi ambassador running for FAmSCo

Dear All, I was kind of astonished to see Rejaul [1] running for FAmSCo [2]. Since, there is no rule - anyone can run for the election without asking / informing anyone. But as we are Bangladeshi and maintain a culture human bonds - he should have informed us before doing so (or I've missed his announcement in local lists).
