Problem:
The badges about FAS birthday are given to inactive members.
Example: https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/adult-frog are given to
mrtom recently, an old French member but inactive (and his FAS account is
tagged as inactive) for several years.
The ticket to create these badges are not very clear about the goal of the
badge: celebrate a birthday or celebrate the loyalty to the project?
Maybe it is not the right place to open this bug, I apologize for that in
this case.

Badge description:
"You became a co-maintainer of a package with less than 3 co-maintainers
or of a branch with a single commiter"
activities:
1) What are those activities?
Becoming a co-maintainer of a package
2) Who is doing them?
Packagers, usually the new packagers.
3) Why are they doing them?
The idea is to facilitate the entrance and guidance of new packagers by
following these guidelines
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_encouraging_comaintainers_of_pa...
4) When do they do them?
Whenever they want to get more involved into packaging without the need of
packaging new software
5) How do they do them?
For now, they would have to look for packages matching the criteria in
pkgdb and convince the package admins to let them co-maintain the pkg. I
am preparing an app to list those packages :)
Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?
I believe 'sidekick' (as in a hero's sidekick, like Robin [batman]) is a
good name for it. Maybe we could have 2 pandas, one with a cape and one
with a mask or sth like that :)
I also believe we could have sidekick I, II and III for 1, 5 and 10 co-
maintained packages. We want to keep those numbers low ->

This badges continues existing badge #189 and #318 and #410 for Release
Party Participants. This time for Fedora 24!
What the badge should be granted for:
FAmSCo want to give all Release Party organizers a release specific badge.
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
Everyone who organizes a Release Party should get a release specific
badge. Release Parties take place immediately after a new version of
Fedora gets released.
Anything else we need to know:
Although the owners will be known about 1-2 months afte GA release, it
will not be possible to assign the badge automatically, IMHO. Therefore
they have to be assigned manually, following a list FAmSCo will be able to
pass at some point to the Infra team.

Problem:
I'm trying to award user fklx a badge and the form keeps ISEing when I try
to do it. It also ISEs the same way if I type a username wrong (it
probably should just put a message saying it can't find the user...?) But
fklx's account exists. So I don't know why it won't let me give him this
badge; I was able to award it to everybody else.
This is the badge in question:
https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/flock-2016-organizer
I'm logged in as duffy and have perms to grant it.

Alternative name: Camper Badge.
Criteria: Did not receive any badge in 2 months.
Rationale: Firstly, it is beneficial for one's mental health to relax for
a while. Secondly, it is also good for Fedora to remind its contributors,
that it has already been a while since their last contribution.

What the badge should be granted for: Completed run of the kernel
regression test suite
Badge description: You have regression tested your kernel
Anything else we need to know:
Why did Kernel Tester Badge stop at level V aka 50 runs of the kernel
regression test suite?
Maybe we could do more badges of this series, about 100, 200, 500 runs?

What the badge should be granted for:
Any change which either
a) reduces the number of packages installed in Fedora Cloud base
(generally, by reducing dependencies), or
b) otherwise shrinks the total compressed image size by at least 1MB
(subpackaging, better compression, just removing stuff, etc.)
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
"You reduced the size of the Fedora Cloud image"
Anything else we need to know:
I think Kushal can track this semi-automatically (possibly using tunir).
At least, can track the size and package set, and award manually when
deserved.
