Wow, this is really early for you. I have no problem moving it up to
16:00 UTC. That's fine for both US and CZ. Unless twu or hongqing
also wants to participate, then the first time would be better.
It's not that early, to be honest. I'm actually PST+1 so it would be
06:30 my time and I'm usually online by 07:00 local time anyways.
I'm all for setting a time that lets twu and hongqing participate. If
I'm the only US based participant, I'm OK with starting somewhere
around 07:00 UTC (08:00 CET, 15:00 CST, 23:00 PST) or 08:00 UTC. I just
probably wouldn't be online quite as early on Friday :)
