Is this to be a standalone piece, or part of a broader f27 migration post?
The guide doesn't cover how to migrate the config files. Are any changes necessary?
No, the system container uses the same config files, it bind mounts `/etc/kubernetes`.
What about any data maintained by etcd? Is that stored in the same location?
I mention how the data must be moved in there.
