Is this a limitation with the F26 support? I had it working with F23 a year

used last year (that one is in use elsewhere).
No idea, there's not enough detail to tell but HDMI <-> VGA adapters
tend to be problematic in general, I'd try a HDMI or DVI monitor (via
HDMI <-> DVI cable) to begin with or attach a serial console to debug.
