Hello,
I can confirm that the current kernel-4.19-10-300 re-enables the wifi on
an RPi 3B for Fedora 29. I was on 4.19.7 without any wifi device
noticeable by nmcli; ran dnf upgrade to latest kernel and the wifi is
now showing and connecting as expected without any further configuration
needed.

Please don't do that any more, see the details in the FAQ:

With 4.19.10 and the recent linux-firmware there's no need for extra
steps to get the wifi working.
