It'll still get queued up in stage4 since the queueing script doesn't
check that information, it just checks dependency availability. As soon
as we move on to koji bogus queues go away.
Maybe we should add a blacklist to the script to avoid the churn.
I see about 100 packages which fail because of exclusive arch. Some
are ones we want to port but no point in trying to build them until
someone ports them.
