Did anyone ever get llvm/clang working?
llvm/clang Runs fine on
my ARM EABI Linux systems.
It -says- it is fast, good optimization, faster binaries, aimed at
generating better errors, and has good tools for debugging. :) the
darwin-arm (and x86 ports are production quality.
There isn't support for EABI or < armv6 in the ARM-backend yet.
I have
tested clang/llvm under EABI Debian Squeeze for ARM targeting armv4t+
and EABI Ubuntu Natty for ARM targeting armv7+.
Try package it for Fedora, it should simply work.
But it sounds like it might be a lot more wicked at catching bugs.
Yes it got quite colourful error reporting :)
