Exclude 32-bit architectures (close RHBZ#2022855)
Now that
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/RetireARMv7 and
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/EncourageI686LeafRemoval are
accepted for F37, there is no reason not to exclude 32-bit architectures
(on which test failures occur). This will resolve random Koschei
failures.
