The package rpms/fwupdate.git has added or updated architecture specific content in its spec file (ExclusiveArch/ExcludeArch or %ifarch/%ifnarch) in commit(s): https://src.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/fwupdate.git/commit/?id=2cae1ce52284....
Change: +ExcludeArch: %{arm}
Thanks.
Full change: ============
commit 2cae1ce52284d6da24be59172007cb226d111e97 Author: Peter Jones pjones@redhat.com Date: Fri May 4 16:33:46 2018 -0400
Temporarily exclude armv7
Right now it fails to build with:
gcc -nostdlib -Wl,--warn-common -Wl,--no-undefined -Wl,--fatal-warnings -Wl,-shared -Wl,-Bsymbolic -L/usr/lib -L/usr/lib/gnuefi -Wl,--build-id=sha1 -Wl,--hash-style=sysv /usr/lib/gnuefi/crt0-efi-arm.o -Wl,--defsym=EFI_SUBSYSTEM=0xa -o fakeesrt.so fakeesrt.o -lefi -lgnuefi \ /usr/lib/gcc/armv7hl-redhat-linux-gnueabi/8/libgcc.a \ -T elf_arm_efi.lds make[1]: Leaving directory '/builddir/build/BUILD/fwupdate-11/build-arm/efi' fakeesrt.o:(.ARM.exidx+0x0): undefined reference to `__aeabi_unwind_cpp_pr0' collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status make[1]: *** [/builddir/build/BUILD/fwupdate-11/efi/Makefile:108: fakeesrt.so] Error 1
So I'm going to have to figure out what I need to do to make the unwind bits show up right, and probably fix the Makefile and/or the linker script.
But we've never included armv7 before, and for now I want the package built.
