This may already be part of your plan, but we should also bump the version
before doing a build to avoid having 0:0.61.1 and 1:0.61.1 (we already did a
0:0.61.1, right?).
Yep, when I run 'make bumpver' that should increment the version to
1:0.61.2-1. The same should be true for master as well (that the only
change I need to push is the 'Epoch' line).
Looks okay otherwise.
