[rhel7/f20/master] Tiny changes to boot-options.txt
by Anne Mulhern
These are some minor changes to boot-options.txt prompted by some
checking on the RHEL7 Installation Guide. Some of them appeared before,
but they might as well all go in together.
The corrections apply to all distributions.

Fix pylint problems and Makefile problems
by David Shea
I did a kind of crappy job merging the timezonemap changes with the changes I
made to the widget/data structure, and I figured I'd fix a couple of things
pylint found while I was at it.

[initial-setup][master/rhel7-branch] Ignore the SIGINT (#1035590)
by Vratislav Podzimek
We don't want Initial Setup to be interupted with Ctrl+C, especially in the text

[blivet 0/2] Make get_device_format_class behave as expected
by Anne Mulhern
Basically, most clients of get_device_format_class expect it to return None
if it can not successfully do a class lookup. However, it has been
returning DeviceFormat instead.
The first patch just sets up a few test cases to capture what is actually
going on. The second patch changes get_device_format_class so that it works
as expected, fixes up some invocations, and changes the tests accordingly.

[master][PATCH] Fix EditTUISpoke to operate only on visible entries
by Vratislav Podzimek
Entries in the EditTUISpoke may be visible or not. However, if rendering the
entries, the spoke should only count and show those that are visible and the
same applies to accepting input and switching to subscreens.

[master][makeupdates][PATCH 0/3] Makeupdates version handling improvements
by Martin Kolman
The first patches add support for fetching older packages for a newer
Fedora release. This is 100% valid: while the package might have been built
for an older release, provided there was no update since then it is still
valid (and tagged in Koji) for newer Fedora releases.
The second patch makes sure such packages are picked up from the package cache.
They are stored in a separate folder per Fedora release, so that makeupdates
can discern between packages that are really outdated and those that were just not
updated in the latest Fedora release.
The third patch fixes issues with long build ids in some packages,
that were preventing those packages to be picked-up from the cache.
