[pykickstart] Set bootloader location constructor default value to "none" (#916529)
by Anne Mulhern
Related: rhbz#916529
Bootloader location default set in constructor was previously "", which
is not one of the allowed choices; client code
is not likely to expect or check for this value.
There is a possiblity that some client code somewhere uses
bootloader.location=="" as a proxy for not bootloader.seen, in which case
it will break after this change.

[f20-branch][rhel7-branch] fixup for an earlier patch
by David Lehman
The previous patch causes a traceback anytime users try to create
lvm, btrfs, md member device partitions via kickstart. This fixes
the traceback and also achieves the original intent, which was to
improve our ability to resolve kickstart block device specs
correctly.

[rhel7/f20/master 1/3] Set bootloader default location to mbr in constructor (#916529)
by Anne Mulhern
Resolves: rhbz#916529
Previously bootloader location defaulted to approximately none for a
kickstart install if there was no bootloader line in the file.
If there was a bootloader line in the file, it defaulted to "mbr".
For an interactive install, location was explicitly set
to "mbr" by the initial kickstart file.
Now, the default is "mbr" regardless of how the install is started.
