Greetings all!
This message is intended for FAMNA, mostly, but really anyone who is traveling and in the Boston area is welcome to join us at the event.
We have Gold Sponsorship confirmed and payment can be made via PayPal, an email with the instructions will be forwarded to me, and I will forward to whomever can pay the sponsorship fee, credit cards are OK.
We will have an entire Fedora Track on Saturday the 15th. We will have a classroom on Sunday the 16th.
I will need the following from anyone planning to attend, speak, present at the event:
1) correct spelling of your name (in addition to your fedora project nickname) 2) title of the presentation/discourse 3) MUST SUBMIT THIS INFORMATION BEFORE END OF BUSINESS WEDNESDAY, MARCH 06th!
Jonathan is going to create the schedule.
Whomever plans to assist with the booth needs to contact me so we can coordinate arrivals and support.
The event facility ( Computer Science center at Harvard ) will be opened at 8AM for sponsors, and the event starts at 10AM for the general public. I will be there BEFORE 8AM to gain early access and setup the event box, banners, balloons, displays, etc.
I will review these details again tomorrow night during the FAMNA weekly meeting. Please attend the meeting if you plan to be at the NELF.

Here is a link to last year's event 2012 report/blog: (keep in mind it was at a much less prestigious campus and campus support/cooperation was limited)
PLEASE CONTACT ME SO WE CAN COORDINATE EFFORTS! I apologize but I am having issues with the Fedora Project Wiki, hence the amount of information being posted here, sorry!
Thank you in advance! Chanchito
