Hi,
Please take out time to attend the APAC meeting this Saturday, December 21 at 0400 UTC[1]. The main agenda is to discuss whatever trac tickets in queue:
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-apac/report/9
If you're planning a release party in the near future, you can file a ticket with an idea of your expenditure to get it discussed and hopefully approved this Saturday. Please add the "meeting" keyword to all tickets that you'd like to get discussed so that they are listed in the above mentioned report.
Lastly, please attend the meeting if you've filed a ticket for discussion. Ambassadors often have questions and require clarifications on tickets and sometimes a decision cannot be made without these queries being cleared up.

Thanks Ankur for your notice. I have just updated several Trac tickets for more relevant.

Yes, APAC Ambassadors, if you would like to run a F20 release party, please kindly prepare for it and add a ticket to request for fund soon. Once you follow the guidelines [1] well, your request will be approved easily. Hope you will have a happy time.

Previously Gmail can recognize those time stamps in announcement, now it cannot. Please use a better time string so that Gmail can easily pick up the events and add to Google Calendar? .02

#fedora-meeting on Freenode is the standard channel for APAC meetings:

I do not know what format it's supposed to be in for Gmail. Perhaps you can look this up and let us know?
