Hi, I'm looking for someone (ideally more experienced EMEA ambassador who has attended at least several meetings already and knows how they're done) to chair EMEA ambassadors meetings. I have changed a job recently and it keeps me busy nowadays. I'd like to stay active in Fedora Ambassadors, but I have failed to chair the last two meetings and think that it's time to hand it over to someone else, at least partly. I may still be able to chair meetings, but I'd like to have someone who can help me out with that. I've been chairing the meetings for the last three years, so it might have needed a change anyway.
Jiri
good luck for you.

Hey Jiri, and everyone,
If no one else is willing to step in, I could help with the meetings.

Ok, let's have three people then: me, Jon, and Giannis.
We should let each other one week before know who will chair the next meeting.
The process is: - send an invitation to the ambassadors mailing list - chair the meeting with typical agenda, make sure you don't miss any request in the trac that needs to be voted about - after the meeting, send out minutes to the ambassadors mailing list and add them here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors_meetings?rd=Ambassadors/Meetings - reflect all decisions in tickets in the trac.
I think it's already too late to plan a meeting today, so let's aim for the next week.
