That'll fit when we've been doing the Fedora Social Hour regularly, and there's an already-scheduled GUADEC Social Hour at 22:00, so if we do it after that we avoid that conflict.
I think the social hour can just be an addition, as the Thursday slot mentioned originally is a Red Hat, Fedora, and Friends room. There will be other community folks, mostly from the Open Source Program Office, and our friendly neighboring communities :)
