FYI, for the Ohio Linux Fest folks. We requested power and contributed
a bit extra for the Fedora table, but the event organizers should
triple-check to make sure we have it. Red Hat's also sponsoring, but I
don't know what sort of booth or table the corporate folks will have.
But there's a nice opportunity to try to have everyone go out to dinner,
and share some perspectives from the community <-> corporate
bi-directionally. Someone can send me the receipt if one of my fellow
Red Hatter's doesn't pick it up (which they should). :)

The purpose of this email is to inform you about your exhibitor space at the
Ohio LinuxFest.
**Event Venue Facts:
Ohio LinuxFest expo will take place on Saturday September 11, 2010 from 8 A.M.
to 6 P.M. at Greater Columbus Convention Center, 400 North High Street
Columbus, Ohio 43215. The convention center is blocks North-East of the
Nation-Wide Arena in downtown Columbus. Parking ranges from 12-24 dollars for
the day, even on a Saturday. Two hotels are under the same roof: the Hyatt and
the Drury.
Table and Booth facts:
Every table and booth is in the foyer of ballrooms 1, 2, and 3 giving you
maximum exposure to our estimated +1500 guests. Each exhibitor gets a 6 foot
long by 2 foot deep table. The booths get full pipe and drape. Every table
either is against the wall or has a curtain back. **The Greater Columbus
Convention Center does not allow any tape on the walls. Please purchase
"Teacher's Putty" if your booth is against a wall.**

Time of Expo/Move in:
8 AM to 6 PM on Saturday September 11, 2010.
Move-in will be supported at 4 PM to 7 PM on Friday September 10, 2010 and 6 AM
to 8 AM.
Items left in the expo hall overnight will be watched by a bonded security
guard hired by show management.
Electricity:
Is covered by the Ohio LinuxFest except for bronze sponsors and dot-orgs who do
not specifically request power. Otherwise you will need to order it through
this form.

Moving in:
Move in will be accessible through Exhibit Hall C Docks 6-10 of the Greater
Columbus Convention Center. Pull your car to the loading area at the rear of
the convention Hall. Ohio Linuxfest staff will be available on Friday to
assist you in moving your booth materials. If you arranged storage through
ACT, your good will be delivered on Friday with the tables. Please be assured
that the expo center will have security on hand to ensure your booth remains
untouched Friday and throughout the night.
