Is anyone planning on attending Gnome.Asia?
Is this a conference Fedora should present at? Should we be thinking
about a booth? Do we have history here?
We work closely with GNOME guys in China. Back in 2014 FUDCon APAC is
co-organized with GNOME.Asia in Beijing.
I am trying to figure out my availability for that time slot. If I am
available for that time, I might submit a introduction talk of
Accessibility in Chinese.
If we have accessibility experts in Fedora that want to submit similar
talk, feel free. I am not an expert in this area, and I just want to
promote accessibility idea if possible.
Reading the list of suggested topics (below) they specifically call
out
Fedora. There is some Linux open source specific call outs. I could see
us giving talks that use Fedora as the example in several technical
areas as well as for community talks. We could also talk about Fedora
Modularity and Atomic Host (especially as it has roots on the Gnome
community). These are just ideas.
