So far the only Q2 item that has been paid for is SELF, OLF booth will be paid in Q2.
Reimbursements for SELF will also occur in Q2. Reimbursement for OLF will occur in Q3. Q3
will also have SeaGUL and or TexasLF. I paid the balance for UPS from April and entered it
into the ledger. I also updated the ticket for budget increase for Q1. From my experience
with the budget in the early years of me being involved, the Q1 budget sets the pace for
the rest of the year that can flex due to requirements. No worries we will have to work
with what we get.

I was reading through the logs and noticed that there was discussion of
a Q2 budget allocation. The council has not made any budget allocations
beyond Q1 at this time. Please keep in mind that you are spending your
Q1 budget if you are planning Q2 events now.
If you have events that you want to fund in Q2 before the council makes
an allocation a ticket should be opened with the Council. The council
is looking for details, not just we want $X to go to event Z. Keep the
new mission statement conversation in mind.
I also noticed the conversation about Open Source Summit and the Linux
Foundation. EMEA has a history of getting a free booth at the
equivalent events in Europe. You should talk to them and find out who
they talk too.
If you need me to show up at a meeting, let me know. As they occur at
3am my time, they aren't in my usual rotation :).
