I didn't make it for the meeting last night (sick) so here goes by email..
I wanted to ask about OSS Weekend in Bratislava in about a month, 17-18 June http://ossvikend.sk - It's Slovak event, so we are talking about Cz/Sk Ambassadors.
Did anyone think about going there, ask about Fedora booth?
Regards, Radka

I haven't seen any plans for this before, but from what I could understand from the Slovakian translations, it seems like it's a relevant event.
Usually the first step for organizing an event in EMEA is to create an info page on the wiki with some of the event details, who could attend from Fedora, and estimated costs to attend.
Examples of this might look like:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/OSCAL_2017
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DevConf_2017
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/RIT_BrickHack/2016
Once you have an event page put together, you can file a funding request on the EMEA Ambassadors funding requests Pagure. You can find the link below:
https://pagure.io/ambassadors-emea/funding_requests
Hope this is helpful. :)
