You may also make a comparison between past FOSDEMs (and other events) and users' feedbacks (in such ones).

That's the fastest and most productive way to define a program for the future event.

Driving technical innovation - look at all that's coming from the Red
Hat/Fedora front. HAL, NetworkManager, PolicyKit, ConsoleKit, The Online
Desktop. We are driving innovation and I don't think there is enough
focus on that. Freedom "just" happens to be the only way to get there, I
love the Free Software ideals as much as the next guy but I think we
Fedorians are way to shy about yelling loudly about the innovation we
do. Besides at FOSDEM 99.999% already get that aspect of Fedora, so tell
them what freedom buys us. A welcoming and always expanding community,
high technical standards and innovation.
