I added a column "Country" on the size request page so that it will be
easier to deliver the right size to the right country.
And I switched the theme to make the table sortable.

I myself do not really have to face to this issue. My size in both ones
are "L".
I think it is best to put both of them into two columns: Asia size and
US size.
After deciding the manufacturer, we will ask them which size
standard are
they using then give them that information.
