I know that the situation in LATAM and APAC was difficult from the

Here in Europe in know that we had issues with Albania and also with
Turkey. But if you look at

this also found some workarounds and Contributors from these countries
receive their funds.

I was in fact looking at your reports yesterday. Everything seems to be very carefully reported and maintained. :)

Just to make my job as the credit card holder a bit more transparent, imake a payment run every 2 weeks - and i have to report all payments
along with tickets, the invoices(readable) and the transfer
documentation (paypal,creditcard transaction) once a month. I signed a
contract that using this card i am in the end will be personally
reliable that all actions taken with the card are within US, European
and German law, that all numbers are correct and that all charges are
Red-Hat spendings and even a Red Hat Manager also has to confirm that.

The speed of transaction often depends on the limit on the card, if we
have a bad constellation of payment and recharge of the card it can
cause that we are without money for 4 weeks.

How frequently does your CC get maxed out? Have we tried asking RH for a raise on the limit?

We discussed that point on Flock, so Joerg if you run out Joe promised if you show him that it is ready for reimbursement he will pay directly. Not so sure if it is still Joes job now after we have a new Impact, but I am sure Brian has same view on this

Then Requester often forgetsomething (even the paypal-addresses) or are not clear with their
details in the ticket - this can cause a 2-4 week further delay!

I see. Then we should probably be updating our guidelines, so that ticket reporters would follow a specific procedure when asking for payments. I am willing to work on this.

Also *shifting priorities* cause that the patient requester gets hismoney later (e.g. contributors mail me in private and push me to give
their request a higher priority, because they need their money asap -
even i know it is not their intention, but this causes a lot of personal
pressure, because making and reporting these transactions in a proper
way take time and focus)

I see. Is this mostly caused in conjunction with the limit on the CC? Would it be easier for you If you had a higher limit?

Thank you.
-Giannis
