For the size of the t-shirt to be produced in Cambodia are the asian size.
XL is the biggest size we have here.

I myself do not really have to face to this issue. My size in both ones
are "L".
I think it is best to put both of them into two columns: Asia size and
US size.
After deciding the manufacturer, we will ask them which size standard are
they using then give them that information.
