FYI, a friendly reminder, the next weekly APAC meeting = Saturday,

Hi David, APAC folks,
I'd like to follow the Board's system and cancel meetings if we don't
have a big enough agenda to discuss. This time, I'd like to cancel the
meeting if we haven't an agenda by tonight (Friday night). In the
future, I'd like to cancel the meeting if we don't have an agenda by
Wednesday/Thursday night.
David, you do an amazing job of sending out reminders. Can I please
request you to only send out reminders if we have an agenda? I don't
think we need we don't need a wiki page for each meeting either. All we
need is the trac report for tickets to be discussed in the meeting, like
all the other teams: FAmSCo/FESCo/Board/IRC-SIG/Infra to name a few.
(The minutes can always be found in the archives of the meeting-minutes
mailing list)
Therefore, in short:
- cancel meetings if we don't have an agenda by Thursday 2359UTC
- no more wiki pages: meetings are only for making reimbursement
decisions and such, which need to be filed in the trac any way.
