I think about this and I think about 2 options:
Last week of each month with the schedule for next month (better for people
planning to attend events)
First day of each month with the schedule of the current month (better for
automatic scheduling of articles)

Excellent. A regular schedule of events that the public can attend to
catch up with, and hopefully become a part of, the Fedora community
would be a great addition. We can decide cadence with the other
editors.
