In the meeting log today, I see we are requested to gather essential information for this FAD. However, I see there is a warning "Please do not edit the content" on budget page[1]. So does this mean we should gather event informations to the mail threads or just ignore the warning?

May be I forgot to remove it when I copy the table templace from the previous event page.
My bad.

Thanks.

So, what's the final decision on this?

We host the FAD to plan budget or we don't host the FAD?
I am directly asking question as there is no point in wasting time as we already
late.

I see no objections on holding this FAD for FY 2017 budget planning (a primary
goal). People is discussing on some secondary goals.

It's worth to join all together (one per country) to work on the plan.
We did it last year effectively. EMEA have done it 3-4 years before.
We also decided to hold it in Singapore at FUDCon Pune a few months ago.

So, that's time to make it. Please focus on making it best. We have not much time.

Tuan
