That's a problem :-)
Connection is so slow that I ask friends to download files for me and
send me them on a physical support, so I don't even think of uploading
files.
Anyway, the Fedora extras repository released the most useful
GNU/Linux programs, what I do is my own version :-)

Why don't you put them in fedora extras? Everyone has a benefit of those
then. The only "bandwidth" you need is some place to upload the srpm for
review. After review it's hosted on the fedora website (and its
mirrors).
