If you're in a PR writing mood, it'd be great if meetbot could do more
of this on its own without relying on this being a manual human process.

Just curious about what you mean – is this about how the meetings are
handled during a meeting or how they're handled / processed afterwards?
One would fall under upstream MeetBot (not sure how much we room we have
to bake our own custom MeetBot plugin into zodbot), and the latter would
be with Møte.
