It isn't free media if we don't spend money ;)

The ideal way would be for a requester to physically meet a local
contact and get media burnt, but when it's not possible, mailing a blank
media with a return envelope is OK too.

PS: The only reason local contacts was set up was because not all
ambassadors like to receive mails with media requests. Now, they can be
redirected to this page so they get in touch with ambassadors that don't
mind getting said mails.
