Lowest price is the best. Not the organizers always. If something is
cheaper in specific country and if someone is participating from that
country we can ask him to bring them. However I ll start a discussion
for that soon to determine the prices, qty required per year and the
cost per production. We can discuss at the meeting where the lowest
cost.
Step by step process . . .
The customer letter is not worthy in Sri Lanka according to the tax
claim regulation we need to have a organization (non-profit) to claim
it. But there are some situations where we can get some discount but
not always, it depends on.
