Hello Everyone,

Greetings. :)

Tuan, thank you for your e-mail.  :)

> > a new proposed agenda format [1] (I will have another thread to start a discussion on this new proposed format later)

Understood, will try this for a certain number of months i.e., until Fedora 19 and see how this goes.  At that time, we may reflect again on meeting agendas.

If more feedback is desired earlier than Fedora 19, then I strongly suggest an APAC user survey to poll the people for ideas, too.  :)

The best ideas for improvement come from cooperative change with total buy-in.  ;)

> As discussed in the last meeting, I would like to propose a new format for APAC ambassadors bi-weekly meetings agenda. See a sample [2].

+1, done deal.

> In general, it contains typical sections: i. Roll call, ii. Announcements, iii. Review action items from last meeting, iv. Trac tickets and v. Open Floor.

+1, these are the foundation elements and must be retained.

> Ticket s would be different from time to time, but the meeting agenda is the same for all meetings (See a sample at [2]). So, we can have only one wiki page for all meetings that contains i. General information, ii. Agenda and iii. Meeting logs of the past meetings for reference (maybe some more URLs to other important pages such as Budget, Reimbursement Guidelines, etc.)

Grand thoughts.  :)

> We will try the new format for the next meeting (on Saturday, Mar 30th).
> All ideas, comments and questions are welcome.

> Hope we will have great time all to push APAC region toward.

Our new meeting notification e-mail will reflect the above requests and I hope that attendance does not take a hit.  A new season, a new release, looking forward to new ideas as well as  a new sensation!  :D

Some people get busy, so attending meetings, need to be able to address their needs as well as questions, too.  :)

Sending positive Fedora energy to you all your computers now.  :v)

Please have a Great Fedora day and evening! :~)

Thank You
Sincerely
