We could only have a simple page with a recap of each event in this
matter: how much people were there ? How much CDs were given ?
After some time, we could build some empirical rules over those numbers...
This would be an easy solution to set sup, and it would fill very quickly
as we have lots of events all around the world, providing rather good
statistical informations...

Generally we use events report posted in Ambassadors list/Fedora Planet to
get those information, so we can compare the CDs we send/found with the
reports people give. It could seems confusing, but this system help the
event owner and who use this numbers (see FAmSCo, Community Architecture,
etc...).
