Do these shirts come out of our EMEA budget ? Or was this some kind of
special budget allocation ?
That would clear a few things up, in terms of "entitlement", if that is
the right word to use here, considering the context.
The t-shirts don't come from the EMEA budget and are not intended for
any specific region. I think the best way to give them away should be
based on teams/roles (ambassadors, designers, testers, packagers,
translators,...) and every team should identify the candidates.
