All that is needed is a way to pipe the output to a text file and
knowing how to setup a local repo.
Then wget -c --input-file=<textfile-path>
You might want to investigate both reposync and createrepo as well.
Armed with just the list of packages it is easy to use reposync to
obtain the packages for your local repo.
