I'm available for supporting.
If I understand, Jiri also spoke with some teams, other steps are:
- contact teams left;
- collect contributor's addresses;
- collect addresses of all release event owners for each party;
- left T-shirt for ambassadors (collecting addresses).
- forward the list to Jiri.
My questions are:
1) do we have to establish the rules?
2) as Francesco said it's not clear which teams we should help , is
there only one "task force" or even a "task force" for each team?

I am willing to help you, we need to give surely something to who committed
his free time to help us.
I am not sure which team i should help but I'm willing to search for something
