The problem is specific to only two media requests that were personally mailed to me. Both of them did not live around me (Or around any other ambassador)
It is an exclusive condition, but it may come up in the minds of other ambassadors as well.
To add up they can even contact the local ambassador & exchange a
media with him if they can. Or buy it from them by paying for the
media.
